Rooted by Soul was founded by a wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga, strength training, and mindful movement. Inspired by firsthand experiences with chronic illness in her community, our mission is to provide supportive, educational tools that empower individuals to care for their physical and mental well-being in a way that is both approachable and sustainable.
